With over 20 years of experience as Organizational Development professionals driving meaningful change, through a combination of domain expertise in people strategy and a genuine enthusiasm for showing teams how to harness their creativity.
Our founder has background in Psychology, and cut his teeth as a Business and Financial Analyst at Google during their hyper growth period of the early 2000s. He leveraged that expertise when transitioning to the HR Operations team, helping rapidly scale their people initiatives as the company grew from 16k to 53k employees.
Spending that time in close proximity with business leaders inspired him to consciously pivot to an Org Development role, focusing on Change Management, Workforce Planning, and Org Design. We have now helped countless executives be more thoughtful about getting the right people in the right places, doing the right things, and have also designed and delivered multiple Leadership and People Strategy courses to help sustain this work.
Along the way, we've been lucky enough to work with some giants of innovation to bring creative leadership techniques to other companies.
